MBA Leadership ProgramOur MBA Leadership Program is a six-month compensated program for MBAs. Through the program, you will learn through a series of four one-month rotations in each of the following areas: Logistics, Merchandising, SAM'S Club and Operations. For the remaining two months, you are able to choose which division you’d like to work in, with a divisional key leader mentoring you every step of the way. Upon completing the program, you will work with a sponsor and program staff to determine which Wal-Mart division you’ll join. How far will you go and how fast will you get there? The opportunities are limitless, and it’s up to you to decide how far you want to go. The fastest way to get there is to continue building your skills through training and experience, while proactively identifying opportunities that can advance our business.
