Graduate Internship

Walmart’s Graduate Leadership Intern Program is for full-time students enrolled in a daytime advanced degree program, during the summer between either the first and second or second and third years of their program. As a Leadership Intern, you will contribute to one of our divisions in a leadership role, where you will complete an extensive, challenging, and high-level project related to the division's current needs. At the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to present your project results to your division’s senior leaders and to a panel of executives.

To be considered for the Leadership Intern Program, applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a daytime MBA, Masters or Doctoral program
  • 3-5 years of significant work experience and career progression in a similar business function
  • Advanced strategy formation and implementation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to comfortably and effectively present to C-level executives
