Market Manager

You'll drive business and market growth in multiple facilities by assessing economic trends, changing demographics and competitive market share. You'll develop action plans to achieve sales and marketing goals and initiatives, while you ensure the effectiveness of operations, merchandising, inventory, signing and pricing.

Store Manager

You’ll provide supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition and ensuring diversity awareness. You’ll also be responsible for the financial performance of the store by ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved, developing and implementing plans to correct any deficiencies in financial performance, overseeing the creation of budgets and participating in analyzing economic trends and community needs for budget forecasting.

Co-Manager

You’ll ensure compliance of company policies and procedures by developing strong relationships of accountability with associate and managers. You’ll analyze and interpret reports and provide direction on executing company programs as well as strategic initiatives.

Assistant Manager

You’ll be responsible for sales in assigned areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, and assessing economic trends and demographics.
