 Logistics is the heart of the Walmart operation. We’re the ones who keep the products moving to the stores. On the other end, we realize that there is a fellow associate relying on us to do our jobs well—so that they can do the same.
When the people you work with are the people you serve, it’s easy to find the motivation to do your job well. If we come through, everybody wins. That’s just how it works in our Logistics division. We work together. We rely on each other. We keep the company moving. It’s an attitude that infuses everything we do.
