We can help. When you partner with us, we cover a large part of your start-up costs. That means upon opening, the space, instrumentation, support and staffing resources are all in place at no cost to you. In fact, your overhead might be as minor as prescription pads and office pharmaceuticals.

Here is what we provide you

Office:
As a Doctor Partner you’ll either lease or co-lease your office space directly from us. Rent is reasonable and the exposure to patients is unsurpassed.

Instrumentation and Technology:
The leading brands and newest technologies provided at absolutely no cost to you. Our partnership will give your practice everything it needs to deliver the best care possible to your patients right from the start.

Purity of Practice:
We will never pressure you to sell frames. You’ll operate your practice on your terms and be able give your patients the care they deserve.

Support:

  • We maintain a Doctor-only Web site, www.Walmartod.com, where Doctor Partners can share ideas.
  • We can assist you with insurance through our Web site as well. There, you’ll find an insurance billing guide to help you with coding and filing insurance.
  • You’ll receive discounts on diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceuticals.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials with contact lens and pharmaceutical companies.
  • We support Regional doctor groups as a means for you to discuss practice management ideas and to further encourage and develop our partnership.

Work/life balance:
We have no requirements for your personal hours. You may work your own office as much or as little as you like. You may also use fill-in doctors to work your contracted hours. We even provide assistance through the District Manager to help you locate a doctor to help you fill-in as needed.

Potential holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
