Haiti Earthquake Relief In response to the tragic earthquake in Haiti, Walmart and the Walmart Foundation are responding to bring relief to the millions of people affected by this disaster. To date, our support for relief efforts stands at more than $1.5 million. This includes direct financial support from Walmart operations around the world, as well as in-kind contributions, such as our donations of pre-packaged food kits, blankets and face masks. In addition, through various in-store and online fund-raising campaigns, Walmart associates and customers globally have contributed more than $3 million to date for the relief effort.
