Cole Brown, Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Walmart U.S.Created in 2003, our Office of Diversity focuses on developing cross-functional synergies to further drive inclusion into our business. At Walmart, inclusion is part of our associate programs and placement efforts. It’s in our relationships with our suppliers. It’s woven into charitable giving and community programs.
