Office of Diversity
Our Office of Diversity works hard to make sure the message of diversity and inclusion is present throughout the company. Diversity is part of our associate programs and placement efforts. It’s there in our relations with our suppliers. It drives our charitable and community programs.
Our Office of Diversity has several departments each with their own priorities and goals: The Employment & Diversity Practices Department - Help our associates develop and advance through the use of diversity leadership and mentoring programs.
- Increase our company leaders’ commitment to diversity through the Diversity Goals Program.
- Increase our company’s knowledge about diversity and our visibility in the communities we serve through Good Faith Efforts.
- Make sure advancement opportunities are fair and open to all.
The Global Talent Management Department - Provide integrated talent solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Help to develop future executives.
- Provide global learning solutions and organizational development.
- Develop and deliver corporate learning services.
- Assist in succession planning and selection strategy.
The Employment Analysis Department - Makes sure our employment practices for all U.S. associates are balanced and fair.
- Oversees data analysis of the U.S. workforce focusing on risk assessment, and measuring the impact of adverse events.
- Serves as the People Division’s liaison, reporting to the Employment Practices Advisory Panel.
