County to occupy Wal-Mart building

June 9, 2008 HILLSBOROUGH -- Hillsborough's former Wal-Mart will be vacant no more. Orange County has approved a 10-year lease for 56,000 square feet of the building in Hillsborough Commons, the shopping center located at Mayo and Churton streets. Click here to read on.
