Wal-Mart is looking to hire about 350 workers for its new Oro Valley Supercenter.

The store, at Oro Valley Marketplace, North Oracle and West Tangerine roads, is scheduled to be open in mid-September, manager Jeff Hughes said.

Hiring for the new location is under way at 3951 W. Ina Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, the retailer said.

Most of the open positions will be full time, Hughes said. He declined to specify a starting wage, saying only that it is "higher than the minimum wage." He added that both full-time and part-time staffers are eligible for benefits. Click here to read on.
