Trick-or-treat event to raise money for children's hospital

When penning your list of trick-or-treating stops this year, don't forget to add Sam's Club with a little star next to it at the top of the list.

On Thursday, Oct. 29, the Beckley Sam's Club will hold its second annual Tailgate Halloween, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the WVU Children Hospital, through the Children's Miracle Network.

Sam's is asking for a $2 contribution per child trick-or-treating, and each child will walk away with a host of goodies from local businesses and organizations. Read on.
