Local SuppliersThe Local Supplier Program is available for suppliers and stores to carry items from small and local businesses so that local communities have the availability to purchase product from their own local suppliers. The Local Supplier will contact the store manager to propose their product. If there is an interest, that store manager may complete the Item Submission Form to their Market Manager which will route up through the Regional Merchandise Manager and Divisional Merchandise Director. Should all parties involved believe that the items makes sense and is needed for the store it will be sent to Home Office where it will come to the Supplier Development team to be processed. The Supplier Development team will e-mail the Local Supplier Questionnaire to the supplier for completion. The supplier must complete the questionnaire in its entirety and return back to Supplier Development/Local Purchases. Questionnaires are processed by Supplier Development to the appropriate buyer at the Home Office. Our buyers are responsible for products within our stores and make all final decisions on whether a supplier receives a supplier number to do business with us. Supplier is not guaranteed acceptance by submitting through this process. Requirements for a complete packet:
