Walmex On Course To Open 270 Stores, Plans To Expand Banking BusinessBMI Americas Food and Drink Insights The head of Mexico's largest retailer, Walmart de Mexico (Walmex), has revealed that the firm expects to open 270 stores in the current year, 18 more than previously announced. Chief Executive Eduardo Solorzano also announced the company is preparing for a major relaunch of its bank business.
