Son of Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton, Rob is Wal-Mart’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, a position he has held since 1992.

Since joining Wal-Mart in 1969, Rob has served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, and Vice Chairman.

Prior to his employment at Wal-Mart, Rob was in private law practice as a partner with the law firm of Conner and Winters in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Rob attended Wooster College and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1966 with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He received a juris doctor degree in 1969 from the Columbia University School of Law in New York. Rob is also a Trustee at Wooster College.

Mike Duke is the president and chief executive officer of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. From 2005 to February 2009, he served as vice chairman of the company, leading Wal-Mart International. Under his leadership, the company's International business became a fast- growing part of Wal-Mart's overall operations with over 3,500 stores and 680,000 associates in 15 markets outside the continental United States.

In leading Wal-Mart's expansion into mature and emerging markets, Duke built a strong international management team that delivered excellent operational results in a complex global environment. As a stand alone business, Wal-Mart International would be one of the most successful global retailers, with annual sales of almost $100 billion in 2008.

Duke joined Wal-Mart in 1995. Since then, he gained broad experience throughout the company, leading the Logistics, Distribution and Administration Divisions as well as U.S. Operations. As vice chairman, Duke was actively involved in developing and executing corporate strategy. He has focused on setting higher standards of excellence for the company's resources and people - from the redesign of logistics and merchandise distribution systems to the recruitment of talent and development of strong teams.

Prior to joining the company, Duke had 23 years of experience in retailing with Federated Department Stores and May Department Stores.

Duke graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. He serves on the board of directors of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as well as CIES-The Food Business Forum, and is on the Executive Board of Conservation International's Center for Environment Leadership in Business. Duke also serves on the University of Arkansas Board of Advisors.

Duke and his wife, Susan, have two daughters and a son. They are active in their church and community.

Tom Schoewe is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in January 2000. He is responsible for treasury, tax, accounting and control, business planning and analysis, internal auditing, and several other key areas of the company. In addition, during June 2005, the lead financial executive in each of the operating segments (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and International) began reporting directly to him.

During October of 2001, he joined the Board of Directors for Centex Corporation.

Prior to his employment at Wal-Mart, Schoewe served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Black and Decker Corp., a position he held from 1993-1999. Prior to that, he served for four years as Black and Decker’s vice president of finance and was responsible for all financial operations except treasury and tax functions. He previously held the position of vice president of business planning and analysis. He joined Black & Decker in 1986 after serving at Chicago-based Beatrice Companies, where he was CFO and controller of Beatrice Consumer Durables, Inc.

Schoewe graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a bachelor's of business administration degree in finance. He is a member of the Financial Executive International.
